The LG GD510 Pop Pink edition has been initially released as a Pay As You Go phone at the same price as the original silver edition, this will appeal to many cnsumers who may struggle to pass the network credit checks for contract deals as well as those they do not like the prospect of committing to a long term pay monthly package.The LG Pop faces stiff competition from many other touch screen phones that seem to be flooding the market to meet consumer demands, those of note include the equally popular Samsung Tocco Lite as well as the Samsung Jet, Nokia X6, Nokia 5800, Nokia 5530 and the Android powered HTC Hero.

Should the LG Pop range continue to mirror the original KP500/KP501 series then we can expect further models released in different colours, those that have already been confirmed include a new LG Pop Purple edition as well as a rather pretty looking Wine colour variant.
The new Pink LG Pop looks destined for success based on the sales figures for the original pink edition of the Cookie phone which managed to outsell just about every other model available on the market last Christmas.
This latest addition to the LG GD510 Pop range joins the existing Silver and Black models which themselves have not been available for very long.
The colour range of LG Pop mobile phones has now expanded to include an attractive new pink edition, the LG GD510 Pop is the successor to the extremely popular LG Cookie KP500 and takes many of the opriginal phones features and further improves on them.
