Once we receive your paper bid information – the majority of which will be responses to an RFP – we create high-quality images of each page
and each document as a whole. Our scanning team employs a rigorous quality assurance
process to make certain each page is scanned in the correct order, is completely
legible, and has been added to the database correctly.
When each response has been scanned, you will be notified by e-mail. You can
preview each one and ensure that each one is correct before approving them. Once
approved, you can begin categorizing them for future retrieval.
As part of the package, we will send you a CD-ROM with all of your scanned
information so that you can continue to store your bid information on-site.
