Once you have completed categorizing your information, you can perform detailed searches on any of the information you’ve entered. As you locate your bid information, you can collect it into “electronic folders”. These folders can hold any number of bids, vendor responses or electronic attachments. You can store an unlimited number of folders for as long you desire. You can download the contents of a folder, or obtain a CD-ROM with the information.

Your information will be available on Freerain for 10 years, or the period that you request.
